The CTG Managed Services team delivers a “keep-it-running” support model for SAP, server, mainframe (now retired), client server, Lotus Notes, SharePoint, internet, and intranet applications

CTG’s application experts have effectively managed hundreds of applications, 10% of which are critical applications with hundreds of users. At the start of the engagement, the client experienced more than 30 critical application incidents each day. As of today, there are only one or two per day. During the first five years of our engagement, the client achieved double-digit, year-over-year savings—an ROI that has remained consistent.
