Since starting with CTG France (previously SOFT COMPANY) six years ago, I pivoted to the area of robotics to become an RPA Consultant. It was an obvious, logical next step in my professional career. Supported by my management, the appropriate training was put in place for me to become quickly operational.

My typical CTG day starts at 8:30 a.m. with a quick look at the robots under UiPath Orchestrator to make sure everything is ready for the day. Then around 9:30 a.m., I have a morning meeting with the team to review the previous day's actions and the day's objectives.

The rest of my day is spent developing a robot with Uipath Studio, or analyzing the functional needs of the business in order to propose the best technical solution. I also take part in writing documents, from the specifications to the user guide, while attending meetings to collect new needs.

Communication is key, whether between colleagues or with users.  A happy customer is my greatest satisfaction.
