Keeping patients informed is always a good idea — especially when you’re closed in a pandemic shutdown or emerging from one. Jeanette Ball, BSN, RN, PCMH Client Solution Executive, shares her insights and explains the types of communication that should be coming from providers.
"I can personally say I don't think providers have been good about communicating," says Ball. Patients are hungry for information and COVID-19 has called for everyone to step up their communication.

She is a NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert, receiving her recognition in May 2013, as one of the first 100 PCMH certified content experts in the nation.
