Cegeka Group today announced the appointment of Koen Deryckere as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will take up his role on May 1. Until then, Bart Watteeuw will continue as interim CEO and will move into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) as of that date.
Koen Deryckere joins Cegeka from Accenture, where he built a long and distinguished international career. He brings deep experience in driving growth, leading large organizations, and working closely with clients across industries and regions.
Koen's goal will be to guide the Cegeka Group into its next phase of growth, strengthen its position as a leading European player and further develop its activities in the United States through its CTG brand.

Koen Deryckere holds both Belgian and Swiss citizenship and is currently based in Geneva (Switzerland). At Accenture, he is CEO and President for France and the BeNeLux and a member of the company’s Global Management Committee. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Accenture in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (where he led the execution of Accenture’s strategy for more than 140,000 people across 38 countries), and held several global leadership roles across industries.
