CTG Drives Test Automation Improvements for Medical Center With Eggplant DAI

Our client is a leading academic medical center located on the West Cost of the U.S. that operates multiple hospitals, clinics, and research facilities. It consistently ranks among the top in clinical specialties and federal research funding and is committed to advancing health equity and innovation in healthcare. Like many healthcare provider organizations, our client was struggling with time and labor-intensive manual testing efforts and was interested in understanding how test automation could accelerate testing and increase coverage. As an existing trusted partner and expert in healthcare testing technology and processes, the client looked to CTG to guide them in their test automation journey.  

The Solution and Results

CTG performed a comprehensive assessment of the client’s current testing framework and methodologies to understand where they faced challenges and where automation could provide the most impact.  

Ultimately, we partnered with our client on a Test Automation Pilot Program to demonstrate the value of Keysight Technologies’ Eggplant Digital Automation Intelligence (DAI) Test Automation Software. We started by automating high-priority test cases related to MyChart and Patient Registration and Admission. Our experts helped the client build test automation and governance frameworks for this initiative and align their testing needs with the Software Testing Life Cycle. We also conducted one-on-one training and coaching to empower the client team to effectively use Eggplant DAI.
