My day starts at 6:00 a.m. I do a daily stretching routine, take a shower, have my breakfast, and then get my baby ready to take to day care on my way to work. When I arrive at work, my first tasks are to read my emails and set up my PC to start receiving calls. In the afternoon, calls will start to peak and I normally stay busy providing assistance.
The first thing I do every evening is start to plan for tomorrow. Planning is usually followed by going to the gym, reading new books, or continuing reading books I already started, and spending time playing with my son and wife before we go to the bed.
I like my position at CTG because it allows me to improve my knowledge day-by-day, while at the same time, help my team and customers get good results for each objective. During my time at CTG, I have learned how to work closely with a client and how to work as a team. I have also learned about the healthcare industry and handling a patient portal help desk. My career advice is to be patient and persistent, and if you can do that, your goals will be reached successfully.
