Long-time CTG Executive Will Focus on Strategy and Operations
BUFFALO, N.Y., October 28, 2020 – CTG, a leading provider of information technology solutions and services in North America and Western Europe, announced that Caroline Simon has been promoted to Managing Director of CTG Luxembourg PSF. For more than 15 years, Caroline has played an central role in the company’s business and growth strategy, and has built a foundation of excellence into the company culture in Luxembourg. Her new role expands her previous responsibilities as a member of CTG Luxembourg’s senior leadership team and Human Resources Director to now include leadership of operations across CTG Luxembourg PSF. Caroline has more than 20 years of client relations, operations, administration, and recruiting experience at CTG.

Caroline started with CTG in 1998 as a Recruiter and has steadily advanced her career to assume greater responsibility. Among her many accomplishments, she has served as a Career Developer, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, in addition to being an integral member of the senior leadership team in Luxembourg. In her prior role, Caroline was responsible for CTG Luxembourg PSF’s human resources and recruitment strategy, leading and directing human resources initiatives, working with clients to meet their most critical resource needs, and working closely with Rénald to develop and execute against the Company’s strategy. Together, they have continuously achieved Luxembourg’s strategy objectives and financial goals.
In her new role, Caroline leads the CTG Luxembourg senior leadership team and has responsibility for strategic and operational management across CTG Luxembourg PSF, where her expertise and energy will bring new ideas to achieve the company’s growth objectives.
