IT service and hardware provider CTG Luxembourg PSF becomes the largest Lenovo partner in Luxembourg with the Platinum partnership. "This extensive collaboration was built following the acquisition in 2019 of Tech-IT, a long-standing partner of Lenovo," explains Gilles Haven, Sales Director at CTG Luxembourg PSF. "In particular, this operation has enabled us to take over Tech-IT's hardware distribution business, which was one of the last services missing in our end-to-end service offering to our customers, along with the existing partnership with Lenovo."

However, this partnership has developed considerably since Tech-IT was incorporated into CTG Luxembourg PSF, one of the three largest IT providers in the market. "Lenovo has grown from a collaboration with a company with 50 employees to a partnership with a group of 650 employees in Luxembourg. This gives another dimension to their presence in the country," continues Gilles Haven.

Renowned not only for its servers, but also for its professional laptops and desktops, the Chinese company has seen its turnover explode due to this new partnership and CTG Luxembourg PSF has became the brand's leading partner in the Grand Duchy in terms of financial results.

This Platinum partnership offers CTG Luxembourg PSF customers a wide range of benefits. In order to qualify, CTG Luxembourg's sales and technical teams have had to obtain Lenovo's certifications and renew them regularly. "CTG Luxembourg is now a 'Warranty Service Provider' for Lenovo. Any customer who has a problem with Lenovo professional equipment and needs a repair can send us their device and it will be repaired internally at our premises in Bertrange," explains Haven. "Our sales teams and technical engineers receive annual training to maintain a high level of expertise in Lenovo's product range and its entire product portfolio."

The partnership also allows us to work with Lenovo to identify the best IT solutions to meet our customers' requirements. Finally, CTG Luxembourg's prices for Lenovo products will be preferential due to this partnership. "We are very proud to work so closely with this major global company.
