Favorite thing to do outside of work: My favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with family and friends. I really enjoy biking when the weather is nice, and going out for ice cream!
Favorite song right now: “Get Along” by Kenny Chesney
I get up around 5:30 a.m. to squeeze in a workout and get to the office by 7:30 a.m. I also try to pack a healthy lunch each day.
Each morning, I start by checking email, making a list of priorities, and filling up a huge glass of water to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Afternoons vary from day to day and can include working on complex pricing models or solving an issue. Most likely, it includes several conference calls with Health Solutions Sales, Delivery, and/or Recruiting teams.
I love it when I’m home in time to have dinner with my family. The rest of my day after dinner often includes a walk or bike ride, some gardening, and then some downtime reading or watching TV.
I like that I work with so many different people across the company and that I have the opportunity to help them be successful in their positions. I appreciate that I have had the opportunity to advance and grow in my career at CTG and work with so many hard-working, smart, dedicated, wonderful people. My career advice is to volunteer to work on different projects or in different areas of the business. Not only will it provide a learning experience for you personally, it will let you discover where your talents can lead you.
