Haines will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities that align with CTG’s portfolio of services and in support of CTG’s growth objectives in New York, New Jersey, and the Greater Philadelphia region.

Haines began his career as a software developer/business analyst, ultimately becoming a project manager, having managed both projects and resources. He has consulted for the Bank of New York Mellon, PNC Bank, the Department of Defense, and the White House. He transitioned in 2010 from IT consulting to IT staffing sales and account management. Most recently, Haines led business development initiatives related to delivering enterprise contingent staffing, direct placement, and SOW IT solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Wayne’s unique IT background provides him with a thorough understanding of client strategic goals, culture, business initiatives, existing IT environments, and other factors that influence buying decisions.
