This changes often and varies greatly. Right now, it’s a Sly & The Family Stone classic, “Hot Fun in the Summertime.” Before that, I couldn’t seem to get “When It Rains It Pours” by Luke Combs out of my head.

My alarm, which goes off at 6:00 a.m., serves no purpose. Clue, my cat, will make sure I am awake at 5:30 a.m. I live conveniently close to CTG Headquarters. I could take a 10-minute walk from my apartment to work, but for some reason, I choose to take the two-minute drive instead.

When I arrive at work, I’ll open the phones up for receiving calls, get my applications running on the computer, and grab a cup of coffee. Then, I’ll see if any emails came in through our ticketing system the night before. After that, my day is spent troubleshooting any technical problems that our employees could be having throughout the day. There is never a dull moment—we’re always learning and growing!

After work, I enjoy playing with Clue, running/biking around Buffalo, camping, swimming with my niece/nephew, and reading (which I picked up recently).

CTG entered my life when I was looking for a career shift. It opened up the fascinating world of information technology. Two years into this journey, I still wake up every day excited to come to work, and for that I am grateful!
