Innovation techniques are integrated within CTG’s approach to facilitation in order to aid creative thinking. In addition, CTG provides a set of services that enable its clients to develop their own competence in this discipline.

• The Facilitated Workshop: The cornerstone of CTG’s modus operandi is the Facilitated Workshop. CTG has specialised in facilitation since its inception in the 1980s, when it was introduced as the major technique used for Joint Application Development. CTG has refined the technique and its application over the years, and recommends facilitation for numerous business and IT situations where consensus building within a group is essential, for example:

• Facilitated Session Leader Training: A four-day course that teaches the skills needed to lead a workshop. The course is intensive and combines two days of learning with two full days of practical work.
