Mr. Eberle will demonstrate utilization of Disease Risk Registries, Accountable Care Management Systems and Medical Outcomes Analytics Toolsets.

- Disease Risk Registries (DRR): DRR utilizes newly available digital evidence to determine risks and establish interventions to avoid or delay the onset of disease. The DRR system utilizes an ontology and hierarchical inference engine to compute and aggregate various levels of risk--from an individual test all the way to a complex disease with multiple co-morbidities.
- Accountable Care Management System (ACMS): Analytics to identify best practices and treatment plans for the chronically ill. ACMS analytics are based upon innovative multi-stage, multi-disease models that accurately represent the patient’s complexity and progression within the care management plan. The ACMS system helps identify and establish better pathways for managing multiple diseases and helps prevent progression to more complex stages of disease.
- Medical Outcomes Analytics Toolset (MOAT): Analytics to evaluate the performance of providers, and the efficacy of treatments and drugs to achieve better patient outcomes.
