CTG Names James Culligan Director of Investor Relations

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Feb. 11, 2011 -- CTG (NASDAQ: CTGX), an international information technology (IT) solutions and services company, announced today that it has appointed James M. Culligan as its Director of Investor Relations. Mr. Culligan will manage CTG's investor relations program and also support corporate and financial initiatives.

Mr. Culligan joins CTG from Kei Advisors, an investor relations consulting firm, where he served as Senior Vice President advising public company clients in the aerospace, information technology services, metals and mining, banking, manufacturing, and restaurant industries. At Kei, Mr. Culligan worked closely with CTG to increase its visibility with institutional investors.

Before joining Kei in 2006, he was Director, Client Relations & Business Development for LaBranche & Co. LLC, the largest NYSE specialist and market maker with trading oversight for over 650 public companies. A native of western New York, he also served as the treasurer of Pratt & Lambert and started his career as a staff auditor at Deloitte and Touche.

Mr. Culligan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration-accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He resides with his family in Orchard Park, N.Y.
