CTG will hold its annual meeting of shareholders May 11,
2011, at its corporate headquarters in Buffalo, N.Y. Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer James R. Boldt will provide a
presentation on CTG's business strategy and a review of its
financial results in 2010 and the first quarter of 2011, as well as
its outlook for the remainder of 2011 previously provided in its
April 25, 2011, earnings release.
