CTG has renewed its quality certificate from Investors in People (IiP). CTG Belgium initially achieved IiP certification in 2004 and repeated in 2007. The IiP certification confirms our engagement and continuous focus on the development and growth of our employees and of CTG as a company, in line with our company strategy.
IiP establishes levels for personnel training and development to achieve business goals, and encourages organizations to set a standard for strategic HR management. People are the main success factor for an organization, and what they can do and are motivated to do should match what the organization needs them to do. An effective personnel, training, and development policy is essential to making that happen.
CTG successfully completed this external assessment project in November, and the International Quality Center has informed us that our certificate will be extended until 2013. The assessment included interviews with 28 employees at CTG Belgium. The interviewees were selected by the assessors, and represented a cross-section of personnel by department, function, age, and seniority, including the management team.
Both assessors agreed that employees are central at CTG. They also witnessed CTG's unique atmosphere. They were pleasantly surprised by the consistent story that all the different participants told during this assessment. They described CTG as an organization with a strong focus on the future and a twofold mission : drive the CTG business to a higher level and offer the employees a secure and pleasant working environment.
